Marketing Assistant - CLOSED

Rodon Biologics, a biotechnology service provider company is looking to hire a Marketing Assistant to join our team. We're in search of an individual with a marketing degree (or equivalent), with an interest in science or an individual with a science degree but with experience in marketing and/or business development activities.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Update and maintain our social networks
• Developing our client database / presence through social media and mailing
• Preparing marketing materials including brochures and presentations
• Identifying and attending events, coordinating with third parties
• Conducting market research and identifying new tender opportunities, business opportunities, partners, and potential clients
• Promoting and cultivating strong relationships with partners and clients
  

Essential skills:

• Know-how in marketing (degree or professional experience)
• Spoken and written fluency in English, other languages a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• A team player with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment

What we offer:

• 12 months full-time contract
• Lunch on-site
• Flexible work schedules (hybrid work after 3 months)
