In vitro Cell-based assays are used to test the activity of a compound in a biologically relevant manner. Rodon have a team experienced with a variety of cell based assay with many different cell types including as examples primary cells; immortalized/transformed cell lines; commercially available immortalized/ transformed cell lines; whole blood; isolated human blood cells (PBMC, lymphocytes, monocytes, etc.); customized transfected cell lines. We can also support you to develop a test cell line.

Our expertise with a wide range of cellular assay services includes implementing existing and/or client assays or developing them again.

At Rodon bioassays are implemented and carried out on a routine basis in biosafety level 2 laboratory facilities, against suitable controls, and wherever possible International Reference Standards.
