Rodon Biologics provides small to large-scale protein expression and purification. Our protein production capabilities range from parallel screening of several constructs at small scale through process development optimization to manufacturing.

Starting from your gene sequence, recombinant vectors, hybridoma cells or stable cell lines, we produce small amounts of numerous molecules in parallel and scale up to produce larger amounts, depending on your needs.  

We have experience with a broad range of different proteins such as antibodies, antibody fragments, multi-specifics (Bites, Tribody, Bibodies, Bispecific IgGs), monovalent IgGs, fusions, cytokines, growth factors, hard-to-produce proteins and small molecules produce in engineered microorganisms, synthetic biology.

We can use our platform production process, execute your protocol, or customize a process to meet your yield and quality requirements.

• Molecular Cloning
- Vector construction
- Customising - e.g., inclusion of tags for purification, insertion of protease signal for tag removal, signal peptides for secretion

• Protein Expression
- Expression systems: Bacteria (E. coli); Yeast (Sacchromyces cerevisiae, Pichia pastoris), Mammalian cells (CHO and HEK293)
- Transient production: from mg-gram quantities in shake flasks and bioreactors (10L working volume)
